| Live Conversation with George Coleman Jr. Check out the official trailer for “Another Kind of Soul: George Coleman”Join us on Saturday, 1/18, 6:30-8:30, at NYJW Studios (265 W 37th St.) with acclaimed jazz drummer and film producer George Coleman Jr. as he takes you on a journey through his family’s early roots in Jazz, to its later dissolution by fame, and its eventual reunion, led by the music that started it all – Jazz. The narrative will chronicle the Coleman family’s monumental musical careers, their love affair, their separation and divorce, and culminate with their musical reunion as loving friends performing in concert with their son. We welcome you with a backstage pass to their world and their contributions to the undeniable American treasure we call Jazz. |
