The New York Jazz workshop is the ideal place for jazz musicians to record their work. You have the advantage of choosing from an expansive network of talented studio musicians and knowledgeable producers to strengthen your music. Your personal producer will simplify and streamline the recording process so you can concentrate on your performance. The producer helps gather ideas for the album, selects songs, directs you and the other musicians, manages the session, and supervises the mixing and mastering process. In addition to being a creative guide, your producer can also take on an entrepreneurial role and assist with budget management, schedules and negotiations with distributors.

What To Expect

1	Find talent and form a band in balance with the repertoire and the needs of the artist. Develop and fine tune the repertoire and arrangements. Rehearse the Band.
2	Perform three concerts in front of a live audience, hosted by NYJW.
3	—- Into the studio to record the project —-
4	Mix and Master the tracks.
5	Design of the CD cover/online image
6	Get the music on music platforms such as Spotify, Apple music etc.
7	Optional Cd and/or Vinyl pressing
8	Start up of the marketing plan, promoting the project nation wide in social media outlets (google, facebook, instagrem etc..
