Intro to Jazz Improvisation is expertly lead by saxophonist/composer Darius Jones. This ongoing course offers a path for musicians to enter the world of jazz improvisation. In a welcoming and non-judgmental environment, participants will be encouraged to play and improvise. During the class Darius Jones will demonstrate and teach various devises such as scales, modes, chords, various tunes and chord progressions.
