Returns and Quality Guarantee: We aim for excellence. Unsatisfied customers can contact us within 30 days for a potential replacement or refund. Note, printing variations due to the chemical process are not considered defects.
Defective/Damaged Products: Report defective or damaged goods for a free replacement.
Lost Orders: Contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date for lost orders to arrange a replacement.
Return Policy: Personalized items cannot be returned. For corrections, a new order is required.
Returned to Sender: For packages returned to sender, contact us to arrange a refund on the product price of a new order, covering only the new shipping cost.
