This 8-week workshop is designed for musicians all stripes seeking to enhance their vocal technique. We will cover both theoretical and practical elements, including the following topics:
-Anatomy of the voice
-Leading voice technique methods
-Breathing and body work
-Vocal registers
-Articulation
-Resonance
-Repertoire
-Practice and performance techniques
Throughout the course, each participant will select a song of their choice to learn and will have the opportunity to perform it at the conclusion of the program. Weekly workshops will include theory and practice dedicated to specific vocal topics. Students are welcome to bring their instruments to class!
By completing this course, students will gain a deeper understanding of how the human voice functions as a musical instrument, along with a valuable set of tools for practicing at home, refining their songs, and performing on stage.

For students regularly enrolled in multiple workshops, we offer a 25% discount on each workshop after the first. If you are a student between 17 and 26 years old, you qualify for a 25% discount on any of our workshops. If you are a student 70 and over, you qualify for a 10% discount on all weekly workshops.
